Motor drive Rollers (MDR)
Motor drive rollers are mainly suitable for carton (or plastic) box handling and pallet handling applications. MDR has high torque, for light and middle duty applications, it can handle boxes up to 500KGS per zone, for heavy applications, it is able to handle pallets up to 1400KGS.
The roller can be equipped with linkage elements such as polygonal belt pulley and V-pulley , O-belt pulley and sprocket to meet different transmission requirements and improve working efficiency.
MDR operates on a standard voltage of 24V/48V DC, ensuring compatibility with various power systems. It can offer a wide speed range to meet the different application requirements.
We can also supply big size roller (drum roller) for belt conveyor in heavy duty applications. The biggest cylinder diameter is up to 216mm.
